Small Anger Kills

One of the oft overlooked effects of small anger aka chronic grumpiness is its effects on one’s health. Scientific research has shown that recurring impatience, agitation, resentment, etc.. is associated with an increased risk for heart disease, stroke, depression, anxiety, alcoholism, drug addiction and high blood pressure. People who have have “small angries” also have been shown to have a significantly shorter life span than those without.
